If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. This is applicable only unless and otherwise refund policy is not mentioned in the service listing page explicitly. Full Refund Policy on damaged goods. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
For Services bought on DeFi
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 5 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. This is applicable only unless and otherwise refund policy is not mentioned in the service listing page or service contract or any service policy explicitly.

Exceptions on Returns:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days from purchase date
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it
- Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Fragile items, hygiene related items
